NAME
     createnidb -- creates a NetInfo database from flat files

SYNOPSIS
     createnidb [tag [masterhostname [root]

DESCRIPTION
     createnidb creates a NetInfo database from flat files. By default, it
     will read from from /etc and write to /var/db/netinfo/.nidb. This
     location is adjustable with the root argument.

OPTIONS
     tag      NetInfo database tag. (Default: local)

     masterhostname
              NetInfo master hostname. Defaults to 'localhost' for tag
              'local'. For other tags, the default is the system hostname.

     root     Location of your root filesystem. (Default: /)
