NAME
     idnastrerror - return string describing idna error code

SYNOPSIS
     #include 

     const char * idnastrerror(Idnarc rc);

ARGUMENTS
     Idnarc rc  an Idnarc return code.

DESCRIPTION
     Convert a return code integer to a text string.  This string
     can be used to output a diagnostic message to the user.

IDNASUCES
     Successful operation.  This value is guaranteed to always be
     zero,  the  remaining  ones  are  only  guaranteed  to  hold
     non-zero values, for logical comparison purposes.

IDNASTRINGPREPEROR
     Error during string preparation.

IDNAPUNYCODEROR
     Error during punycode operation.

IDNACONTAINSNONLDH
     For IDNAUSESTD3ASCIRULES, indicate that the string con-
     tains non-LDH ASCI characters.

IDNACONTAINSMINUS
     For IDNAUSESTD3ASCIRULES, indicate that the string con-
     tains a leading or trailing hyphen-minus (U]002D).

IDNAINVALIDLENGTH
     The final output string is not within the (inclusive)  range
     1 to 63 characters.

IDNANOACEPREFIX
     The string does not contain the ACE prefix (for ToUnicode).

IDNAROUNDTRIPVERIFYEROR
     The ToASCI operation on output string does  not  equal  the
     input.

IDNACONTAINSACEPREFIX
     The input contains the ACE prefix (for ToASCI).

IDNAICONVEROR
     Could not convert string in locale encoding.

IDNAMALOCEROR
     Could not allocate buffer (this is typically a fatal error).

IDNADLOPENEROR
     Could not dlopen the libcidn DSO (only  used  internally  in
     libc).

RETURN VALUE
     Returns a pointer to a statically allocated string  contain-
     ing a description of the error with the return code rc.
