DESCRIPTION
     The functions in this library provide an  interface  for  OS
     bypass  messaging for applications over high-speed intercon-
     nects, including facilities to  set  up  low-latency,  high-
     bandwidth  interprocess communication mechanisms and to per-
     form I/O.

INTERFACES
     The shared object librsm.so.2 provides the public interfaces
     defined  below.  See  Intro(3) for additional information on
     shared object interfaces.
