NAME
     mlibImageGetBitOffset - get bitoffset

SYNOPSIS
     cc [ flag... ] file... -lmlib [ library... ]
     #include 

     mlibs32 mlibImageGetBitOffset(const mlibimage *img);


DESCRIPTION
     A query function that returns the bitoffset public field  of
     a  mediaLib  image structure. The data type of the image can
     be MLIBIT, MLIBYTE, MLIBSHORT,  MLIBUSHORT,  MLIBINT,
     MLIBFLOAT, or MLIBDOUBLE.

PARAMETERS
     The function takes the following arguments:

     img    Pointer to a mediaLib image structure.


RETURN VALUES
     The function returns the offset, in terms  of  bits,  of  an
     image  from  the  beginning  of the data buffer to the first
     pixel.
