DESCRIPTION
     Each of these functions releases the  memory  allocated  for
     the  internal  state  structure  for  rational  sample  rate
     conversion with FIR filtering between upsampling  and  down-
     sampling.

PARAMETERS
     Each of the functions takes the following arguments:

     state    Internal state structure.

     None.
