DESCRIPTION
     The mlibSignalUpSampleFIRFreeF32F32()  function  releases
     the  memory  allocated  for the internal state structure for
     upsampling immediately followed by FIR filtering.

PARAMETERS
     The function takes the following arguments:

     state    Internal state structure.


RETURN VALUES
     None.
