NAME
     mlibVideoInterpYU8U8 - half-pixel interpolation in the  Y
     direction

SYNOPSIS

     mlibstatus mlibVideoInterpYU8U8(mlibu8 *currblock,
          const mlibu8 *refblock, mlibs32 width, mlibs32 height,
          mlibs32 frmstride, mlibs32 fldstride);


DESCRIPTION
     The mlibVideoInterpYU8U8() function  performs  half-pixel
     interpolation  in  the  Y direction for a reference block of
     data type mlibu8 and a current block of data type  mlibu8.
     In this mode, the motion-compensated reference block becomes
     the current block. Thus, the  stride  applies  to  both  the
     input reference block and the current block.

PARAMETERS
     The function takes the following arguments:

     currblock    Pointer to the current block. currblock  must
                   be 8-byte aligned.


     refblock     Pointer to the reference block.


     width         Width of the blocks.


     height        Height of the blocks.


     frmstride    Stride, in bytes, between adjacent rows  in  a
                   frame  in both the current block and reference
                   block. frmstride must be a multiple of eight.


     fldstride    Stride, in bytes, between adjacent rows  in  a
                   field  in both the current block and reference
                   block. fldstride must be a multiple of eight.


RETURN VALUES
     The function returns MLIBSUCES if  successful.  Otherwise
     it returns MLIBFAILURE.
