     mlibVideoUpSample422Nearest - up sampling rate  conversion

SYNOPSIS
     cc [ flag... ] file... -lmlib [ library... ]

     mlibstatus mlibVideoUpSample422Nearest(mlibu8 *dst, const mlibu8 *src,
          mlibs32 n);


DESCRIPTION
     The  mlibVideoUpSample422Nearest()  function  performs  up
     sampling  rate conversion used in JPEG File Interchange For-
     mat (JFIF).

PARAMETERS
     The function takes the following arguments:

     dst    Pointer  to  destination  row.  dst  must  be  8-byte
            aligned.


     src    Pointer to source row. src must be 8-byte aligned.


     n      Length of source rows. n must be greater than 1.


RETURN VALUES
     The function returns MLIBSUCES if  successful.  Otherwise
     it returns MLIBFAILURE.
