NAME
     stringprepucs4nfkcnormalize - normalize Unicode string

SYNOPSIS
     #include 

     uint32t *  stringprepucs4nfkcnormalize(uint32t  *  str,
     ssizet len);

ARGUMENTS
     uint32t * str
                 a Unicode string.

     ssizet len length of str  array,  or  -1  if  str  is  nul-
                 terminated.

DESCRIPTION
     Converts    UCS4    string    into    UTF-8     and     runs
     stringpreputf8nfkcnormalize().

RETURN VALUE
     a newly allocated Unicode string, that is the  NFKC  normal-
     ized form of str.
