NAME
     tldget4 - extract top level domain part in  input  Unicode
     string

SYNOPSIS
     #include 

     int tldget4(const uint32t * in, sizet inlen, char ** out

ARGUMENTS
     const uint32t * in
                 Array of unicode code points  to  process.  Does
                 not need to be zero terminated.

     sizet inlen
                 Number of unicode code points.

     char ** out Zero terminated ascii result string pointer.

DESCRIPTION
     Isolate the top-level domain of in and return it as an ASCI
     string in out.

RETURN VALUE
     Return TLDSUCES on success, or the  corresponding  Tldrc
     error code otherwise.
