NAME
       MBLENMAX - maximum multibyte length of a character across all locales

SYNOPSIS
       #include 

DESCRIPTION
       The  MBLENMAX macro is the upper bound for the number of bytes needed
       to represent a single wide character, across all locales.

RETURN VALUE
       A constant integer greater than zero.

CONFORMING TO
       C99, POSIX.1-2001.

NOTES
       The entities MBLENMAX and sizeof(wchart) are totally unrelated.   In
       glibc, MBLENMAX is typically 6 while sizeof(wchart) is 4.
