NAME
       function::readstopwatchs - Reads the time in seconds for a stopwatch

SYNOPSIS
           readstopwatchs:long(name:string)

ARGUMENTS
       name
           stopwatch name

DESCRIPTION
       Returns time in seconds for stopwatch name. Creates stopwatch name if
       it does not currently exist.
