Gets statistics from a network adapter.

DESCRIPTION

The Get-NetAdapterStatistics cmdlet gets networking statistics from a network adapter. The statistics include

broadcast, multicast, discards, and errors.

Runs the cmdlet in a remote session or on a remote computer. Enter a computer name or a session object, such

-IncludeHidden []

The throttle limit applies only to the current cmdlet, not to the session or to the computer. The path after the pound sign (#) provides the namespace and class name for the underlying WMI object.

Example 1: Display statistics for the specified network adapter

PS C:\>Get-NetAdapterStatistics -Name "MyAdapter"

This command displays statistics for the network adapter named MyAdapter.

Example 2: Display all statistics for the specified network adapter

PS C:\>Get-NetAdapterStatistics -Name "MyAdapter" | Format-List -Property "*"

This command displays all statistics for the network adapter named MyAdapter.
