The Get-NetNatTransitionConfiguration cmdlet retrieves the NAT64 configuration of a computer. NAT64 is described
in the RFC 6146. NAT64 allows IPv6-only clients to contact IPv4 servers using unicast UDP, TCP, or ICMP.

Specifies the maximum number of concurrent operations that can be established to run the cmdlet. The throttle limit applies only to the current cmdlet, not to the session or to the computer.
